Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers and the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries and orders.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Support the sales team with daily office tasks.
- Coordinate with dispatch and accounts for order processing.
Requirements:
- Graduate / B.Com / MBA preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Freshers are welcome.
