We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for the role of Virtual Accounts Support Executive. The role involves supporting clients in maintaining digital account records, managing reports, handling transaction data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations through our platform.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Maintain and update client virtual account records.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
● Handle sales, purchase, stock, and ledger reports.
● Monitor and track transaction-related data accurately.
● Identify reporting mistakes and resolve discrepancies.
● Support clients with account and report-related queries.
● Generate reports using Excel and Tally.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
● Ensure proper maintenance of digital business records.
Preferred Languages
● English
● Any Regional Language (Hindi/Tamil/Kannada)
Required Skills
● Positive communication skills
● Basic knowledge of MS Excel
● Attention to detail
● Basic computer knowledge
● Problem-solving ability
● Ability to work in shifts
● Must and should be able to read, write and speak Hindi fluently.
● Typing skills with accuracy
● Teamwork and coordination skills
