ChatSpark is a social networking and live calling platform that connects people through meaningful conversations. We're looking for energetic and confident Telecalling Executives to help onboard creators and support our growing community.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential creators and users.
- Explain the ChatSpark platform, features, and earning opportunities.
- Convince and onboard interested candidates.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Resolve basic queries and provide support during onboarding.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset.
