Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Register patients accurately in the Hospital Management System (HMS).
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and diagnostic departments.
- Generate bills, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Release reports only after verifying payment clearance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Coordinate with Lab, Radiology, Accounts, CRM, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Eligibility
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in hospitals, diagnostic centres,
clinics, or healthcare reception will be given preference.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Shift Details
This is a rotational shift role. Candidates should be willing to work in any of the following shifts:
- 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM
- 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM
- 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- 01:00 PM – 08:00 PM
- 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM
