Accounts, Payroll & Compliance Manager – Security & Manpower Industry

we are looking for an experienced Accounts, Payroll & Compliance Manager with a strong background in the Security & Manpower Industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end payroll, client billing, statutory compliances, and accounts operations.

Only candidates with prior experience in the Security & Manpower Industry will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for manpower employees.
- Prepare and manage client billing and invoices.
- Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other accounting-related compliances.
- Maintain books of accounts, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing, attendance, wage revisions, and statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws including Minimum Wages, CLRA, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle salary processing, reimbursements, full & final settlements, and employee statutory queries.




- Prepare MIS reports and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments whenever required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. M.Com/MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Security & Manpower Industry.
- Solid knowledge of payroll, billing, PF, ESIC, GST, TDS, and labour law compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and payroll/accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience handling payroll for a large workforce.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, government manpower contracts, or facility management companies will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
