We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior HR Executive with 10+ years of proven experience in managing end-to-end HR operations for large-scale organizations. This is a leadership role for a professional who can seamlessly blend strategic HR planning with hands-on execution, driving a high-performance and compliant workplace.

- Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complete HR operations across the organization
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and HR database systems
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.)
- Design and implement leadership development and employee training programs
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally
- Manage employee insurance policies, including claims and renewals
- Develop and enforce HR policies, performance management systems, and SOPs
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational development and HR strategy

✔ 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in large organizations
✔ Solid experience in handling large teams and multi-location workforce
✔ In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll
✔ Proven ability in training, leadership development, and employee engagement
✔ Experience in insurance and employee benefits management
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✔ MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
