As part of our international marketing team, you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and contribute to the growth of global B2B events.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist – Level 1 to join our international marketing team.

This role is ideal for ambitious fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in international B2B marketing. You will be involved in digital marketing, lead generation, customer segmentation, campaign execution, CRM management, and communication with international prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute digital marketing campaigns across international projects.
- Manage email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation activities.
- Identify and segment target audiences for effective marketing campaigns.
- Support SEO initiatives and maintain CRM and marketing databases.
- Track campaign performance and maintain accurate records.
- Engage with international prospects via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Qualify leads and support business development efforts.




- Collaborate with colleagues across Europe.
- Learn and use digital marketing and CRM tools effectively.
- Support additional marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements

- Master's Degree or MBA (mandatory).
- Preferred specialization: Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or International Business.
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Exceptional written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Confident communicating with international clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and customer segmentation skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and quick to learn new software.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
