We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Fundraising Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and contributing to meaningful initiatives. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential donors, sponsors, and supporters.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals and organizations.
- Explain fundraising campaigns and encourage contributions.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support fundraising activities and events.
- Achieve assigned fundraising targets while maintaining professional standards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with good convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
