Key Responsibilities1. Administration

- Manage daily office administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office files, records, and confidential documents.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
- Monitor office housekeeping and facility management.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events.

2. Documentation

- Prepare and verify customer travel documents.
- Maintain booking-related files and records.
- Ensure all travel documents are complete before travel.
- Organize digital and physical documentation systematically.
- Maintain proper document tracking and retrieval systems.
- Coordinate with customers for pending documents.

3. Customer Documentation Support

- Collect and verify customer KYC documents.
- Follow up with customers for missing or incomplete documents.
- Ensure documentation complies with company requirements.
- Support customers with document submission procedures.

4. Billing & Record Management

- Prepare invoices and maintain billing records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment-related documentation.
- Maintain expense records and administrative reports.
- Ensure proper filing of bills, receipts, and vouchers.

5. Coordination

- Coordinate with the Operations team for travel-related documentation.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, vendors, and travel partners whenever required.
- Support internal departments with administrative requirements.

6. Data Management

- Maintain customer databases and operational records.
- Update MIS reports and administrative trackers.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

7. Office Support

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.




- Welcome visitors and assist with general office inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars when required.
- Support HR with employee documentation and onboarding activities.

8. Compliance & Confidentiality

- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Ensure documentation complies with company policies.
- Support audits by providing necessary records and documents.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Documentation, Office Coordination, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent organizational skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel documentation will be an added advantage.

- Accuracy of documentation.
- Timely completion of customer documentation.
- Billing and record management accuracy.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
