- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data pipeline development and troubleshooting within cloud environments.
- Solid analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Ability to work with distributed computing frameworks and big data technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
