Key Responsibilities

- Manage endpoint environments using Intune, SCCM
- Implement Windows Autopilot (User-driven & Hybrid)
- Support migration (SCCM Intune)
- Configure policies, apps, update rings
- Troubleshoot enrollment, apps, policies
- Support co-management
- Implement security (BitLocker, Defender)
- Automate using PowerShell
