Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes and ensure efficient, high-quality production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining production systems, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
- Design, develop, and implement new production methods, equipment, and layouts to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor production output, equipment performance, and process parameters, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, equipment failures, and quality defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;,



Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production flow and current product introduction.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production processes and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, materials, and equipment to improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Provide technical support and training to production operators and technicians.
- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, downtime, and quality.
- Prepare detailed reports on production performance, project status, and improvement initiatives.
