We are looking for an experienced and responsible Transport Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage daily transportation operations.
- Coordinate vehicle schedules, routes, and driver assignments.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, insurance, permits, and compliance.
- Control transportation costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain transport records and prepare reports.
- Handle driver attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management preferred.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
