Raries is a custom book printing business serving customers across the world. We're looking for a proactive, organized, and growth-focused person to manage day-to-day operations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Own and manage product listings across different platforms
- Handle customer communication (India & international)
- Own the complete order fulfillment process from order placement to delivery
- Coordinate with printing vendors and shipping partners to ensure timely execution




- Keep all work organized and maintain accurate order tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support business growth
- Use AI tools smartly to improve productivity and efficiency
- Take ownership of tasks, solve problems proactively, and ensure timely completion

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream
- 2+ years of work experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable communicating with customers outside India
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Solid coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to use AI tools effectively in day-to-day work

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
