Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Zirakpur
Department: Warehouse Operations
Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure smooth inventory movement, and manage warehouse staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
- Monitor attendance, shift allocation, and workforce planning.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and implement 5S standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety practices.





Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline) – Preferred
- Diploma or certification in Supply Chain/Logistics will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in 3PL, FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
