We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Appointment Setter to generate qualified sales meetings for our software and technology clients. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with prospects, has excellent English verbal communication skills, and is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

This role plays a critical part in the sales pipeline by identifying qualified prospects, understanding their business needs, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on predefined criteria.
- Understand prospect requirements and business challenges.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls and other communication channels.
- Coordinate meeting schedules between prospects and the sales team.
- Maintain detailed notes and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets.

Daily Activity Targets

- 80–120 outbound calls




- 30–40 meaningful conversations
- 10 qualified meetings booked

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Plus Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives based on attended meetings and qualified sales opportunities.
