Pastry Chef Commis – Theatre Café | Key Responsibilities

- Prepared and served pastries, cakes, desserts, sandwiches, and other café menu items according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Ensured all food products were fresh, properly displayed, and available during operating hours.
- Maintained high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in accordance with company policies and FSSAI guidelines.
- Assisted in receiving, inspecting, and storing food supplies while following FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices.
- Monitored stock levels of bakery ingredients, beverages, and packaging materials, and reported replenishment requirements.
- Minimized food wastage through proper portion control, storage, and inventory management.
- Operated café equipment such as ovens, microwaves, coffee machines, mixers,



and POS systems safely and efficiently.
- Maintained attractive product displays and ensured proper labeling and pricing of café items.
- Supported daily opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stock reconciliation, and equipment checks.
- Coordinated with the café and concessions team to ensure smooth operations during peak show timings.
- Maintained cleanliness of the kitchen, preparation area, display counters, and storage rooms.
- Ensured compliance with quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
