Position: Accountant
Location: Ceeon India – NH 444A, Shahbad to Saha Road, VPO Dinarpur, Haryana

About the Role

Ceeon India is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the finance team in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
- Record daily transactions, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Generate invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and GST.
- Good understanding of TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
- 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals may also apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing or automobile/EV industry.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and payroll processing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
