About the Role

MHTECHIN is hiring passionate and motivated freshers for the role of Software Developer as part of our Off-Campus Drive 2025. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and Product
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
- Debug and resolve application issues
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Education: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / BCA / MCA or equivalent
- Strong foundation in programming concepts
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities





️ Preferred Technical Skills (Any of the following)

- Programming Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, C/C++
- Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
- Backend Basics: PHP, Node.js, Java, Python
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Version Control: Git / GitHub
- Basic understanding of SDLC and OOP concepts

(Hands-on projects, internships, or GitHub profiles are a plus)
