We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asst Production who can effectively plan, schedule, and monitor manufacturing operations using Microsoft Project. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution of production plans, and optimizing resources to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

- Develop detailed production schedules using Microsoft Project (Gantt charts, dependencies, critical path)
- Define task sequences, durations, and milestones
- Monitor project timelines and update progress regularly

Operations Coordination

- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and shopfloor teams for smooth execution
- Ensure availability of raw materials, manpower, and machinery as per plan
- Track daily production vs plan and highlight deviations

Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain and update project plans in Microsoft Project
- Analyze delays, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions
- Generate reports on:
- Progress vs baseline




- Resource utilization
- Production efficiency

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain production records, schedules, and reports
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Support audits and internal reviews

Technical Skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Project is Preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
