Sparsh CCTV is building integrated digital and physical systems across hardware, software, and AI, including its public website and internal B2B platforms.

This role sits at the core of the company’s digital infrastructure, owning and improving the web ecosystem end-to-end.

You will work closely with business, product, and design teams to ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with real-world usage.

What you’ll work on

Platform Ownership

Take end-to-end ownership of the website and web platforms

System Stability & Performance

Ensure uptime, reliability, and performance across all web systems

Full Stack Development

Build and maintain frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations

B2B Platform & Website

Improve distributor portal and public website experience

Data & Backend Structuring

Fix inconsistencies and build scalable data and system structures





Who this role is for

- - 2–5 years of experience in full stack web development

- - Solid proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- - Experience with frameworks like React or Next.js

- - Backend experience with Node.js, PHP, or similar technologies

- - Experience working with APIs and integrations

- - Strong understanding of databases and data structuring

- - Experience handling complete websites or platforms end-to-end

- - Comfortable working with legacy or unstructured codebases
