About the Role

We are seeking energetic and motivated Fresher Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end hiring process. It is an excellent chance for fresh graduates looking to start a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist resumes according to client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate evaluations.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- HR background is preferred but not mandatory.

Work From Home Requirements

- Laptop/Desktop with reliable internet connection.
- Quiet working environment for candidate interactions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

Compensation

Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives for successful closures.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
