Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of facility management services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical operations, including STP, WTP, RO plants, MEP systems, and team management. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall facility operations, including housekeeping, security, technical, and soft services.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), WTP (Water Treatment Plant), and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems.
- Supervise MEP systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, pumps, and fire & safety systems.
- Prepare preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Lead and manage technical teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and documentation are maintained.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-control measures.




- Coordinate with clients and provide timely resolution to facility-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in Facility Management.
- Robust technical knowledge of STP, WTP, RO, Electrical, Fire & Safety, DG Sets, and MEP systems.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or IT park facility management is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work at Whitefield, Bangalore.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
