Job Description:
Onkaara Occult Zone is seeking experienced and confident Telecallers with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and providing customer support. Candidates must have strong communication skills and proven expertise in telecalling or sales.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with leads and ensure proper communication flow
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling,



customer service, or sales
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Ability to work in a team and meet daily call targets

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of telecalling/sales experience required
