Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, basic accounting principles, and be capable of maintaining accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Record and monitor company income and expenses.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain client payment records and follow up on pending payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank transactions.
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records (basic knowledge preferred).
- Verify bills, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.




- Coordinate with management, auditors, and CA whenever required.
- Ensure all accounting work is completed accurately and within timelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting.
- Positive knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, GST, and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling office accounts and financial reporting.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
