FirstINN Hotels is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Maintain reception records and daily reports.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Ensure the front desk area remains clean and organized.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in hotel front office or reception (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge; experience with hotel management software is an added advantage.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
