Job Description: - Head of Finance & Strategy

Location: Ahmedabad Reporting

To: Founder & Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the Group’s financial strategy, budgeting and business planning.
- Build world-class MIS, dashboards and business analytics
- Lead FP&A;, treasury, cash flow and working capital management.
- Design and execute long-term funding strategies.
- Raise funds through banks, NBFCs, project finance, structured finance, private equity, strategic investors, family offices and other funding sources.
- Build a financing structure that ensures the business is never constrained by lack of capital for expansion or execution of large-value projects.
- Develop strong relationships with lenders, investors and financial institutions. Drive project profitability, commercial evaluation and capital allocation.
- Lead financial excellence across both Zycor and Tinssel Town.
- Build ERP-driven financial systems, governance and internal controls.




- Prepare the business for future institutional funding, M&A; and IPO readiness

Candidate Profile Mandatory

Chartered Accountant (CA)

10–15+ years of relevant experience Preferred

MBA (Finance), CFA or FRM

Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing or Hospitality Strong exposure to fundraising, treasury, banking and strategic finance Exposure to Investment Banking, Corporate Finance Advisory, Private Equity, Capital Markets or IPO-related assignments will be an added advantage.
