About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead Paathre's retail expansion across Bengaluru. The role involves managing the sales team, driving retail expansion, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective execution of market development plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers across assigned territories.
- Plan and monitor daily beat plans, outlet coverage, and field productivity.
- Drive retail expansion by onboarding new premium retail outlets.
- Support the sales team in product presentations, merchandising, and retailer engagement.
- Monitor pre-order generation, order conversion, and secondary sales.
- Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct daily reviews, weekly meetings, and monthly performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with brand owners & management for sales planning, promotional activities,



and market execution.

Eligibility

- Graduate/MBA preferred
- 4–8 years of experience in FMCG, General Trade, or Retail Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling a field sales team.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
