Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth by generating new opportunities, building robust client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in Construction, Building Materials, PEB, Infrastructure, or Engineering Products are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and convert qualified leads.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings.
- Develop dealer and channel partner networks.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Manage CRM and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development or Technical Sales.
- Experience in Construction, Building Materials, PEB, Infrastructure, or Engineering Products preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings.
Work Location: Surat, Gujarat
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
