KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Update and monitor project progress on a daily and weekly basis.
- Generate progress reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with site teams to collect project execution data.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilisation.
- Identify schedule delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare look-ahead plans and short-term execution schedules.
- Maintain planning records, schedules, and project documentation.
- Assist in resource planning and project forecasting.
- Support the Planning Manager in achieving project milestones and timely completion.
Key Skills Requirements
- B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling for construction/infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site execution processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
- Understanding of BOQ, project drawings, and technical specifications.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work across multiple teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and delay analysis techniques is preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
