Salary: ₹25,000 or more per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM / 8:00 PM (Depending on Client Flow)

Our client is a wellness and sustainability-focused centre committed to delivering a premium client experience. We are looking for a polished, proactive, and customer-centric Store Manager who can oversee daily operations while ensuring exceptional service for every client.

Role Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring seamless client interactions, appointment management, and smooth coordination with the internal team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the wellness centre.

Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional approach.

Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments efficiently.

Handle incoming phone calls,



WhatsApp messages, and Instagram inquiries.

Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain appointment schedules and minimize delays.

Ensure the centre is well-organized and delivers a premium customer experience.

Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain a polished, welcoming, and customer-focused workplace.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in Store Management, Front Office, Client Relations, or Customer Service.

Experience in wellness centres, salons, luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, clinics, or premium service industries is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable handling phone calls, social media inquiries, and appointment scheduling.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, appointment booking software, etc.).

Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
