We are looking for a passionate, disciplined, and energetic Martial Arts Coach to train and mentor students of different age groups while maintaining a secure, motivating, and professional training environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct martial arts training sessions for children, teenagers, and adults
- Teach techniques, discipline, fitness, self-defense, and proper martial arts ethics
- Ensure student safety during training sessions and activities
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Maintain discipline and positive behavior inside the training area
- Assist in grading programs, tournaments, demonstrations, and events
- Coordinate with branch managers and management regarding class operations
- Encourage student participation and retention
- Maintain attendance records and class updates when required
- Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

- Experience in martial arts training or coaching




- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle children and groups professionally
- Physically fit and energetic personality
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible attitude
- Certification or competition experience is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

- Taekwondo / Karate / Kickboxing / MMA / Wrestling / Jiu-Jitsu knowledge
- Class management and motivational skills
- Event and competition coordination
