Position: MEP Engineer

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview)

Job Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, civil engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Water Supply, Drainage, and Utility Systems.
- Ensure MEP works are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor site activities, contractor performance, and daily work progress.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, material consumption, and work quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, NBC, IS Codes, and project specifications.
- Resolve technical issues during execution and coordinate with all stakeholders for timely completion.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports for management.
- Maintain all MEP documentation, inspection records, and handover documents.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Parks, Industrial Buildings, Factories, Warehouses, Manufacturing Plants, or Infrastructure Projects.
