This role focuses on guiding clients through transformational journeys that enhance their ability to adapt and excel in competitive environments. The practitioner collaborates across multiple teams to ensure that strategic initiatives align with evolving business needs, supporting continuous improvement and sustainable growth within client organizations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology groups to ensure cohesive transformation efforts.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.

Additional Information:
