Conducts microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and water to ensure compliance with quality standards and established specifications.

✅ Monitors environmental conditions in manufacturing areas.

✅ Performs microbial load testing, pathogen detection, and sterility tests.

- Assist in the development and validation of microbiological methods.
- Preparation and maintenance of Master & Working cell bank preparation for fermentation production batches
- Cell Bank characterization studies
- Preparation of inoculum/lab seed and sending to the plant.
- Microbial & QC analysis of in-process fermentation batch samples
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Document testing results, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Support investigations related to non-conforming results and assist in troubleshooting laboratory issues.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall quality culture within the organisation.
- Other duties and projects as assigned

Required Education Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, or a related field.
- Requires a BS in microbiology, biology, or a related science or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with microbiological testing techniques and laboratory equipment.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to follow established protocols.
- Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.

Note: Candidates from nearby Gannavaram and Vijayawada locations are preferred.
