Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver medicines, healthcare products, and other items to customers within assigned routes.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of items.
- Collect payments (cash/UPI/cheque) from customers as per company policy.
- Maintain records of deliveries and payments accurately.
- Handle products with care and ensure proper verification before delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide good service.
- Report daily delivery status and submit collections to the branch head/accounts team.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two.
- Valid 2 wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Vehicle will be provided for delivery.
- Prior experience in delivery (pharmacy, courier, food delivery, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of local routes in Kozhikode.
- Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly.
