Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and proactive PR & Marketing Executive to manage and grow Namhya Foods' PR and influencer marketing efforts. This is a high-outreach, ownership-driven role ideal for someone who is creative, well-networked, and passionate about building brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute PR outreach including sending PR packages and hampers to relevant creators, journalists, and personalities
- Identify and close podcast collaboration opportunities for Namhya Foods (barter and paid)
- Reach out and close influencer collaborations across social media platforms for UGC and brand content
- Coordinate with creators and influencers to ensure timely delivery of content and campaign deliverables
- Liaise with the logistics team for timely dispatch of PR packages and collaboration deliveries




- Maintain organised databases and trackers for all PR outreach, influencer campaigns, and collaboration statuses
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on relevant influencers, creators, and PR opportunities in the wellness and D2C space
- Support overall PR and brand building initiatives as required

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for outreach and relationship building
- Good understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and PR practices
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple outreach conversations simultaneously
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership without constant supervision
- Familiarity with D2C brands or wellness space is a plus
- Candidates based in Delhi NCR or Gurugram preferred
