Job Title: Gunman (Armed Security Guard)

Work Schedule:

- Shift Duration: 12 Hours
- Working Days: 26 Days per Month
- Weekly Off: 4 to 5 Days per Month (as per roster)

Salary:

- ₹25,000 – ₹29,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide armed security to assigned premises, personnel, assets, and visitors.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance and monitor all entry and exit points.
- Verify the identity of visitors, employees, and vehicles before granting access.
- Patrol the assigned area regularly to prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other security threats.
- Respond immediately and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, or security incidents.
- Safely handle, maintain, and carry the assigned firearm in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, visitor entries, and patrol logs.
- Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches to supervisors without delay.
- Assist in crowd management and maintain order during emergencies or special events.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Ensure compliance with all security procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.




- Maintain a professional appearance, disciplined conduct, and courteous behavior while on duty.
- Protect confidential information related to the organization and its operations.
- Perform any additional security-related duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

- Valid Gunman/Armed Security License (as required by applicable regulations).
- Physically fit and medically capable of performing security duties.
- Good observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain alert and work effectively during 12-hour shifts.
- Previous experience in armed security, defence, police, or related fields is preferred.
- No criminal background and willingness to undergo background verification.
