Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service: Greet and seat guests warmly, present menus, and offer detailed information on ingredients or daily specials.
- Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen using POS systems.
- Service Execution: Deliver orders promptly at the correct temperature and in the proper sequence (starters, mains, desserts).
- Dining Maintenance: Perform mise-en-place (setting up tables/workstations), clear dishes quickly, and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.
- Financial Handling: Process bill payments, handle cash transactions, and manage receipts accurately.
- Compliance: Strictly follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols (such as HACCP) and organizational etiquette standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education:



High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degrees/certificates are often preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication, a well-groomed appearance, and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various cuisines, beverage pairings (including wine service), and basic food safety.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
