Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Department: Human Resources

Location: Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru

Reporting To: HR Head

Languages: Kannada, English, and Hindi

Job Summary

The Asst Manager HR& Admin will be responsible for managing core HR operations with a strong focus on manufacturing industry practices, statutory compliance, payroll management, and labor law adherence. The role requires a disciplined and detail-oriented professional who can ensure full compliance, streamline HR processes, and support financial coordination related to payroll and statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements

Manage PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory filings

Liaise with government authorities and consultants

Maintain updated records for audits and inspections

2. Payroll & Finance Coordination

Manage and process payroll with high accuracy and strict timelines

Coordinate with finance for salary processing, reimbursements, and cost tracking

Handle statutory deductions, compliance reporting, and audit requirements

Support budgeting and manpower cost analysis

3. Attendance & Leave Management

Monitor attendance, shifts, and overtime (if applicable)





Ensure strict adherence to leave policies and approvals

Identify discrepancies and enforce discipline

4. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters

Maintain strong industrial relations within the manufacturing setup

Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct

5. Administration, Housekeeping & Facilities Management

Oversee complete administration and facility management

Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Ensure proper waste disposal, pest control, and maintenance of office premises

Manage office assets, utilities, and vendor coordination

6. Driver & Support Staff Management

Supervise drivers and support staff, ensuring discipline and efficiency

Monitor duty schedules, attendance, and performance

Ensure proper usage and maintenance of company vehicles

Enforce compliance with safety and operational guidelines

7. HR Operations & Documentation

Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation

Manage complete employee lifecycle (joining to exit formalities)

Draft HR letters including warning, disciplinary, and termination communications

8. Audits & Compliance Reporting

Prepare for internal and external audits

Maintain statutory registers and compliance trackers

Ensure zero non-compliance observations

9. Recruitment & Workforce Planning

Handle end-to-end recruitment, especially for manufacturing and operational roles





Coordinate manpower planning with plant/department heads

Ensure timely onboarding with complete documentation

Key Requirements

Mandatory: Experience in manufacturing industry

Strong hands-on experience in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)

Proven experience in payroll management and coordination with finance

Good understanding of labor laws, industrial regulations, and compliance frameworks

Exposure to basic finance concepts (costing, salary structure, budgeting)

5–8 years of relevant HR experience

Key Competencies

Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory regulations

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong ownership and accountability

Ability to enforce discipline and compliance

Good coordination with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations)
