About the Role:

We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Store Manager who can independently manage the complete operations of our store. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day business activities, supervising staff, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth store operations without requiring constant owner supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Supervise and lead store staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, complaints, and relationship management.
- Maintain inventory records, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving business targets.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
- Maintain store discipline,



cleanliness, and professional standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Identify operational improvements and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store management and wholesale trade.
- Strong leadership and customer-communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM Software, and Inventory Management Systems.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of store operations.
- Honest, disciplined, and professionally presentable.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
