We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Store Accountant to manage our daily inventory, stock registers, and cafe-level financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory & Store Management:
- Track daily inward and outward movement of raw materials, kitchen supplies, and beverages.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and match them with system inventory reports.
- Monitor stock wastage, spoilage, and usage trends closely with the kitchen team. [1, 2]
- Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain daily books of accounts, purchase entries, and expense vouchers in TallyPrime / ERP / MS Excel.
- Handle vendor bills, purchase invoices, and maintain up-to-date Accounts Payable (AP).
- Reconcile daily POS sales, cash collections, and digital/UPI payment drops. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure accurate GST entries for raw material purchases and local cafe sales.
- Prepare weekly and monthly stock consumption reports,



P&L; statements, and petty cash logs for management. [1, 2, 3]

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience as an accountant, preferably within a restaurant, cafe, retail, or hospitality setup.
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and POS billing software.
- Languages: Good working knowledge of Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus).
- Traits: High integrity, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to coordinate smoothly between the kitchen, store, and management.
