- CMS Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMS Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage, optimize, and maintain website content using Content Management Systems (CMS). The ideal candidate has a passion for creating engaging online experiences, solid attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

- Manage and update website content using a CMS platform (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or similar).
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Optimize web pages for SEO, ensuring proper meta tags, keywords, and other on-page SEO elements are implemented.
- Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues within the CMS.
- Analyze website performance and user behavior using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for content improvement.
- Create and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely publishing of materials.




- Ensure all published content meets quality standards, including proofreading and adherence to accessibility and usability best practices.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with copyright and privacy regulations in all published content.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a CMS-focused role.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Yoast.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
