About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, sharp, and delivery-focused professional with experience in closing CXO and senior leadership mandates. The ideal candidate must come from an executive search or leadership hiring firm, with hands-on experience in managing candidate pipelines, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end closure support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mandate Delivery & Closure

● Drive end-to-end delivery for CXO and senior leadership mandates.

● Build candidate pipelines, manage shortlisting, and ensure timely mandate closure.

2. Stakeholder & Client Coordination

● Work closely with senior consultants, engagement managers, and clients to understand role requirements.

● Provide progress updates, market scan data, and candidate insights.

3. Candidate Identifi cation & Assessment

● Conduct preliminary leadership assessments and competency-based screenings.

● Present shortlisted candidates with evaluation notes and fitment recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Experience





● 3–6 years of experience in executive search, CXO hiring, or senior-level recruitment.

● Strong exposure to leadership roles like VP, Director, CXO, and business-critical mandates.

● Strong research skills, communication capabilities, and stakeholder management experience.

● Ability to work in rapid-paced environments with strong ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Background

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
