BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA from premier engineering institutes
5-10 years of software development experience - JSP, JDBC, Servlets, EJB, RMI, XML, Oracle, PL/SQL or SQL Server and OO Concepts
Strong passion for technology
Good analytical skills
