Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance)

Job Summary

OJD Education is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students, handle inquiries, provide course information, and assist them throughout the admission process. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Respond to inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email,



and social media.
- Achieve daily and monthly counselling targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
