Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI, LLMs & Marketing Intelligence

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI to build production-grade AI solutions that transform marketing and business data into actionable insights. This role focuses on developing intelligent systems for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and automated decision support using up-to-date AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions using ML, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Develop anomaly detection models for marketing, customer, and business performance data.
- Build RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and reasoning-based AI systems.
- Expose AI capabilities through APIs and production-ready microservices.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and model performance tracking.
- Ensure production readiness with robust error handling, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in Generative AI/LLM development.




- Strong Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with ML, anomaly detection, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama), RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
- Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Azure/GCP is a plus).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, architecture, and stakeholder communication skills.
