Job Summary
Samarth E Mobility is looking for a Motor Production Engineer to manage the production and assembly of BLDC/PMSM motors for electric vehicles. The ideal candidate should have experience in motor manufacturing, production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily motor production activities.
- Manage motor assembly, stator winding, rotor assembly, balancing, and testing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, R&D;, Procurement, and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records, SOPs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in EV motor manufacturing or automotive production.
- Knowledge of BLDC/PMSM motor assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and quality systems.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
