Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in jewellery retail and possess strong leadership, sales, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
- Monitor store sales, inventory, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper display, merchandising, and visual presentation of jewellery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with the management team for promotions, stock planning,



and business growth.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the Jewellery Retail industry.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, billing software, and retail operations.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
