Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos showcasing products, manufacturing processes, completed projects, and customer testimonials.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for high-quality content creation.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Manage daily posting schedules and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer enquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Execute influencer collaborations, architect collaborations, and dealer promotion campaigns.
- Increase brand awareness through organic social media growth strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new content opportunities.
- Analyse social media performance using Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches, exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing techniques.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar software.
- Knowledge of photography and videography for product shoots is preferred.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
